TERms of services


Sweet and Salty Web Design offers three different services, all with designated starting prices that can be changed at anytime without notice.

The services are:

1 – WordPress Small Business Website Design,

2 – WordPress e-Commerce and

3 – Care Plans.



We offer services/ packages with fixed starting prices that can customized based on the clients needs. The actual price of the project will be provided with a quote once the client’s needs are determined.



We will schedule a mutually acceptable start date for your project.

For all website design services ( WordPress Small Busness and WordPress e-Commerce) the pay structure will be as follow:

  • 25% when the contract is signed
  • 25% when the designed is approved
  • 50% at the delivery/launch day

The project will only move to next phase upon payment of balance.

Payments are non-refundable.  Invoices for the balance due on a project that are not settled within 15 days will be assessed a late fee of $50. We reserve the right to cancel any contract when no payment is made within 30 days of the invoice due date.

In the event of a contract cancelation, the client will be responsable for paying 25% of the remaining balance of the project.


For Care Plans payments will be made montly or yearly based on the client’s choice and mu be made by the date of start of the service. Any cancelation must be requested in written within 30 days of the next billing cycle.



Every phase of our design and development process is important.  We consider a range of possibilities when determining how much time we must allot for each phase. We don’t have a set number of revisions for each project. We move forward to the next phase once the client is 100% satisfied with what we have done. With that being said we assume our clients have done their part by providing us with examples of other designs they liked and any details they would like to have on their projects. The client is responsible for all and any content they desire to populate the website with.

If you are unable to provide us with these items in a timely fashion, please be prepared to experience delays on the timeline agreed. Failing to provide the information needed in a timely matter may incour in termination of the contract.



Each project follows a process that will fully described to you prior to purchase.  We submit our work to you for approval at each phase and prior to the next milestone payment.



The time it will take to complete your package after your start date will depend on how promptly you provide feedback and approvals.



Upon project completion and payment in full, we will launch your website and release any prepared files and logins and password information.



You are responsible for all content that you provide for us to use. If, despite our best efforts, our designs infringe on the intellectual property of a third party, you agree that your sole remedy is for us to provide you with non-infringing designs.



You agree to indemnify us and save us harmless from any damages, costs or losses that we may suffer as a result of suits, actions, causes of action, judgments, including reasonable attorney’s fees and claims arising out of the services performed we perform for you.



Massachusetts law applies and we agree to arbitrate any dispute we may have between us at a location in the greater Boston area according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.



By signing a contract for any service with us, you acknowledge you have read and indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
